Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, our lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However... if for whatever reason the product is deemed defective or damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace it for you within 14 days from the time your item was delivered.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, it will not be able to qualify for a replacement.
